I get the message 'Duplicate Key' when redeeming a key on Steam

Sometimes a key is incorrectly reported by Steam as already being used.

Please try logging out and (after a pause) back into your Steam client and then try activating the key again.

If the problem persists, please open a ticket and let us know:

  • Your order ID
  • The key and product which doesn't work
  • That you've already tried logging out and back into Steam and then still couldn't activate the key.
