Unauthorised Purchase! What do I do?

If you have received a payment email from but haven't made a purchase with our site then you might have had your PayPal password guessed.

Step 1

Open a support ticket using the button in the top right of the screen. 

We can block the order and initiate a refund.

Step 2

Change your PayPal password and email password to avoid any further attempts on other sites. We recommend a longer, more complex password.

Step 3

Contact PayPal, or your card provider and let them know that about the unauthorised purchase.
