"Unknown Error" reported when attempting to checkout and pay

If this happens, please first try:

  1. Logout, by selecting "Account, Logout".
  2. Press Ctrl+SHIFT+F5 (or Ctrl+SHIFT+R), to force the browser to refresh its content.
  3. Log back in, by selecting "Log In / Sign Up".
  4. Check that your cart contents are correct.
  5. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete the payment process.

If you still have problems, please try in another web browser.
